PAIN POINT

The Yolo County District Attorney's Office was looking for behavior specific diversion programs to utilize in their Restorative Justice Program.

The back end processing of the Diversion Manager platform has helped increase efficiency in the program. And having an established online resource became especially useful for the program as COVID-19 safety restrictions made in-person diversion methods impossible.

Cayuga County, NY Case Study

PAIN POINT

The Cayuga County District Attorney's Office handles approximately 20,000 traffic tickets a year on top of all other offenses committed in the county. The DA's office was looking for a more efficient way to appropriately address traffic offenses.
